I've eaten many pizzas.
Gipi definitely rates as top shelf.
Pizzas are what I would describe as gourmet Australian style.
The toppings are fresh and generous without being heavy handed. The base is exceptional! Thin, crispy, caramelized and never floppy.
The staff are happy and approachable and the chef is a great bloke who is clearly passionate about cooking you a pizza you will enjoy :-)
I have eaten from here 4 or 5 times.
Consistency is key and these folks nail it!

The food was delicious and flavourful. The prices were also very reasonable for the price and quality of food that you are served. All of us loved the seafood pizza. Would likely return for more pizzas and to try other things on their menu.
